1 About Privacy
This is the privacy policy of J and T Blackman Ltd (t/a Zest-it) it explains privacy in relation to the data and information we collect in relation to visitors and customers. We keep data confidential. We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the GDPR (General data protection regulation) (EU 2016). We do not sell data to anyone.

Zest-it is the trading name of J and T Blackman Limited. We are a VAT registered Limited company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at Chatsworth House Business Centre, Raynesway, Derby. DE21 7SR

4 The type of data we hold
If you have an account with us then the details will include:- address; telephone number; fax number; mobile number; web address, email address. Your login details, including username and password. Shipping address if different.
If you order from us via our websites then the details include:- all of the above also purchase order numbers and transaction details. Other information you may supply.
If you have any queries or need support then the details will include:- any information you supply to us in relation to the query.
We do not take or hold Credit or Debit Card details.

5 What happens to the data
For the supply of goods, management of your account and services, records are kept as long as required by law. Legal requirements for administration and where reasonably required to protect vital interests.

6 Data and unauthorised access
You are responsible for keeping your user name, password and login details confidential and secure.
 All data we store within the EU, we take all reasonable steps to keep your data secure and prevent unauthorised access, we use SSL protection online.

7 Cookies
Cookies are small text files that web pages can save on your computer. Cookies are necessary for the technical operation of websites, they help with logins, shopping baskets, stock control, and other functions.

8 Your rights
If you have an account with us then most of your data will be viewable there. You are entitled to a copy of the personal data we hold on you, if you would like to exercise that right, please contact us by email at support@zest-it.com with Subject Access Request in the subject line allowing one month for delivery.
If we are sending marketing literature (paper based or electronic) you can ask us to stop doing so.
You are entitled to ask for us to correct any errors or inaccuracies in personal data by using the contact details above we will respond within one month.

9 Third-party websites
Links to third-party websites may appear on our websites. Such third-party websites are not our responsibility. You visit and use them at your own risk.

10 Legal status and changes to the policy
The privacy policy in not intended and does not form any part of a contract or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party other than those that already exist in law separately.
We may change the policy at anytime by publishing a newer version on our website. You are responsible for reviewing our website for any changes. By using our websites and services after any such change you will be considered to have accepted the changes.

Personal Data means - any data which constitutes personal data under the Data Protection Act 1998 or General Data Protection Regulation and in relation to which you are the data subject.

You or your means - you our guest, visitor, customer this includes anyone who visits our websites, registers for an account or purchases anything from us.
Your data means - all data and information which you have supplied and we hold.
Services means - any service supplied by us whether free or paid, this includes our websites and any services, features or functionality of our websites.
